Alex Adonis Radio Journalist who was jailed in the Davao Penal Colony for more than four years for Libel. Libel is a crime in the Philippines. Ironically for a country that says it has one of the freest Press in the world italso has the highest number of extrajudicial killings of media people, where Libel is still a criminal offense and where the truth is not the ultimate defense for Libel.
